2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, ingredients, and packaging accurately. Slight variations between on-screen photography and the product you receive — especially in colour, light, and texture — do not constitute a defect.

Ingredient lists are published on each product page and printed on the pack. If you have any sensitivity or allergy, please read the full ingredient list before ordering. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Errors in price or product description
• Inventory shortages
• Shipping destinations we don't currently serve

If an order is declined, any payment taken will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated. Payment is processed at checkout via the secure payment methods offered by our platform partner, Salla. We do not store your card details directly.

If a pricing error is discovered after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. We will notify you and offer the product at the corrected price.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipping times, fees, and supported cities are listed on the Shipping page and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the shipping address you provided.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Where the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia grants stronger consumer rights than what is written there, those legal rights prevail.

8. Intellectual property

All content on byremer.com — including but not limited to product names, logos, packaging design, photography, brand wordmarks, copy, and the "Remer" and "ACTIVE by remer" marks — is owned by Remer Beauty and protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable international treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Store without our prior written permission. Browsing for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Store
• Submit false information, false reviews, or impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the Store's security, performance, or normal operation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or take legal action where appropriate.

10. Reviews

If you submit a product review, you confirm it reflects your honest opinion. We may publish, edit for length or clarity, or decline to publish any review at our discretion. By submitting a review, you grant Remer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in marketing and on the Store.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Remer's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Store or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Saudi consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version always sits at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be notified via email if you have an active account.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our customer support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

If you are a consumer, you may also use the dispute resolution services offered by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce through the consumer complaints platforms: maroof.sa and consumer.gov.sa.
